Mom's Meatballs

yield: 14 - 16 meatballs

1lb ground beef
2 Tablespoons diced onion
1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1 Tablespoon olive oil

Combine all ingredients and kneed by hand until combined. Roll into 1 inch balls. Brown the outsides of the meatballs in a frying pan, then transfer into simmering tomato sauce. Cook for 20 minutes. Serve with sauce over your favorite pasta.
